Pilates is a fantastic way of improving your strength and flexibility regardless of your age.
The classes I teach are fun and personalised; Pilates is not a competitive sport. It’s an adaptable set of exercises that help you get to know your body with all its lovely potential. I’ll show you how to modify an exercise to suit your body regardless of how fit you are. And, the knowledge you gain can be used to create a stronger, more flexible, more self assured you.
