General Pilates

(60 minutes)

The classic Pilates full-body workout. Exercises are both standing and lying on a mat; the use of props such as resistance bands and light hand weights helps to increase the effectiveness of an exercise. These classes will build muscle strength and flexibility, release any tension from your body and de-stress your mind. Some prior experience of Pilates is recommended.

Express Pilates

(30 minutes)

A condensed version of the 60-minute class with your favourite Pilates moves to leave you feeling rejuvenated and energised for the day ahead.

PRICES

 

Because I believe everyone deserves pilates in their lives, I only ask that you pay what you can currently afford. Here are my suggested prices. The first class is FREE.

Bundles

£60 for a bundle of ten 1hr classes
(Twenty x 30min classes)

Unlimited

£15 per week

Pay As You Go

£9 for a 60 minute class

£7 for a 30 minute class

Something to think about before you join

Anyone is welcome in any of the classes but it’s strongly recommended to speak to a medical specialist if you are pregnant or have any condition which may affect your movement. 

If you are concerned in any way before joining a class, do seek advice from a medical professional. You will be supported and guided through the class but everyone must take responsibility for their own bodies.
