Weekly Live Class Timetable
New rolling 6 week beginner course starting January 2022
We are delighted to share that we will be adding a 6 week beginner course into our timetable from January 2022. Taught by Ali, itβs designed for complete beginners to learn the basics but is also open to anyone who would like a refresher of the fundamental Pilates exercises. The first course starts on 4th January and will run for 6 weeks from 6-7pm on Tuesdays. We will be running these on a rolling basis so as soon as the first course finishes, the next one will start the following week. Click here to find out more!
